To update your Blackberry drivers manually, please follow the steps below.

1) Visit http://na.blackberry.com/eng/

Step 2) Click on the "Support & Services" on the top of the page.

Step 3) Choose "Downloads" on the left hand-side of the website .

Step 4) Select the product you want .

Step 5) Choose your product model and click on "Next" to go on
