Step 2) Click on support at the top to continue .

Step 3) Select the product that you want, like MP3 Players .

Step 4) MP3 Players Page .

Step 5) Find the product you want from the listing, I chose the ZEM MX

Step 6) Scroll down and click on the Download button .



Step 7) You have to agree the terms to continue .
